Actually, I have never been able to find them online either. Try emailing or calling tools-plus, they carry General and carry the over-arm gaurd so they should be able to get the ceiling mount version.

I have an older Excalibur blade guard that I've successfully mounted to my 9' ceiling. I was able to use the floor post without modification, just adjust it to the proper height. I think it just worked perfect for the 9' ceiling height. 8' or 10' ceilings would have issues. But again, this is the older model, the newer one might have a different mounting post.

That's the manual from the General site for the EXBC-CM10 and CM14 guard.

(Ceiling mount guard for 10" and 14" blades.)

You can order them through your local General retailer..........Regards, Rod.

Robert,

I just ordered the ceiling mounted Excalibur guard from General International. It's in their catalog at: http://www.general.ca/site_excalibur/e_produits/50-exbce.html The part number is: 50-EXBC-CM14. It is considerably cheaper than the table mounted version. My local tool dealer had a tool show recently and the General rep was there. I got him to look it up in the catalog for me and I ordered it through my dealer.
