Looking ahead to a move

I am moving with a new work appointment on July 1.


About to meet with the realtor.
All I care about it my lovely wife's happiness, a big garage for a shop and no Home Owners Association rules against shop noise at reasonable hours!:D

I will be working in Rancho Bernardo in San Diego, which is dangerously close to Craftsmans Studio. The great part of this is that I will be working about 6 minutes away from my son and I really love that dude!

I lived in Escondido ( across the street from North County Fair) and drove thru RB twice a day and had many friends their too...beautiful area..
