Hi,

I'm having a problem using power clip. I'm putting a picture in a section of ornament and when I print it, it prints the edges of the photo that the power clip command got rid of or croped off. I'm not sure of the terminalogy.Any way can anyone give me some ideas as to what i'm doing wrong? I'd greatly appreciate it
Thanks,

Hi Jerry,

We recently put a short article about PowerClip up in our technical library at http://www.epiloglaser.com/tl_powerclip.htm, so I've had some experience using that tool. You shouldn't have to change it to a .bmp to make it work - if you send me the graphic you're using I'd be happy to play with it and see why it's doing that.

Thanks,

Hi

What I'm having problems with is after processing the image in photograv it still has the paper around it, I guess, because when I powerclip it into my graphic and print it the border that was powercliped off still prints on the engraved image. The darn thing doesn't show op on the screen before printing. It's like the paper background is coming through and printing. I'm printing it on acrylic.
If I can get it to work I'll post a pic of what I'm trying to do.

Thanks,
