1642 VFD Programming

A fellow on another forum has got a new Delta VFD to replace the original, damaged by an electrical surge. Can anyone here help him program the new VFD to the original factory specs? Apparently his lathe is out of warranty and the VFD was not sourced from Jet/WMH. Just trying to help. Only advice I had was to call the Jet tech rep.
