2 more bud vases

I was recently digging through my fire pile for some more bud vase sized logs and I stumbled on some more dried Bradford Pear. That stuff is hard as a rock once it dries but it sure is pretty with some walnut oil. It was cracked quite a bit but I think it actually adds to the piece.

The 1st is end grain, 10" by 2.5".

The 2nd is end grain 10" by 3".

Alex, I agree! The cracks look great with this style and color. I don't think they would be nearly as appealing without the surface texture. Nice work!
