Great Bosch customer service!

My 8 year old Bosch barrel grip jigsaw stopped working a few days ago and I decided to take it to the Bosch repair center in Norcross GA. These guys are amazing and they worked on it while I waited in the store. Within 10 minutes they found out that the variable speed switch was bad and replaced the unit for a total of 11 bucks. Hats off to Bosch customer service.

Very cool indeed. Tools are one of the few things left you can still repair and a good reason to buy brands like Bosch even if you have to spend a few more dollars.

I love all of my Bosch tools, and will spend a few extra dollars when I am looking for a good tool on their brand. I haven't had any problems (yet) with mine but it is comforting to know that there is good customer service there when I need it.
