We are cutting some custom objects out of IPI laserable White Base with a thin Black layer.
When we Lase it, the black material is Ablated as it should be, revealing the white base.

The problem is the Ablated Material falls back into the engraved area and is very difficult to clean off.

We have tried:
1. Hot Soapy water (not much good)
2. Rubbing alchohol (not too good either)
3. Thinner (works to some degree but requires a lot of effort)

Any other ideas?

We are using a PLS 3.60 with the nosecone in place.
We have the air sweep attachment, but havent tried it on this particular material.

Thanks in advance for any assistance.
David
