coherent G50 tube

I have a mallfunctioned coherent G50 tube (not firing laser)
does any one have any idea how to handle it - this tube is not maintained by coherent any more!!
Is it possible to use the same power supply for another tube type?
Did any one face such a problem?how to overcome??:confused:
