I watched a youtube video on natural edge bowls, the man had a 2 part ca glue he sprayed on the bark to keep it from coming off. Any of you know where to buy this? thanks!

I just soak it with thin CA seems to work well and soaks in and gives it strength as you cut you can add more. Minwax wood hardner also works you can soak it but that takes time to dry a day or so.

Keith - I haven't seen the video - but any chance that the spray portion was the accelerator? Lots of folks use it because the CA dries almost instantly and they can resume turning.

What Steve said. This is a fairly common practice with demonstrators.

I saw that video or one similar when searching about a month ago. It is not two part CA it is thin CA and then sprayed with accelerator which makes the CA dry instantly.
