Bosch router edge guide...

I own a Bosch 1617EVS, with both a fixed and a plunge base. My question is...

Does anyone have any ideas of what I can do for an edge guide for this? Yeah...I know you can buy theirs. But it costs about $40. Any "aftermarkets" that fit it? Or...how about ideas for making my own?
