WOW - what a difference a little knowledge and instruction makes.
Here are pictures of the raised panels I made with the vertical raised panel bit after seeking and following advice from members of this forum.

I like the idea of a vertical bit. Less stress on the router.
What height fence did you make? Any problems getting/keeping it square?

The router table I used is the one from NYW. I removed the existing fence that moves to accommodate different size bits and bolted on the taller fence (14 inches). No problems with it being square since I bolted it on to an existing fence.

In an earlier post I ask for assistance in making this cut and I received several responses which led me to successfully cut raised panels with a vertical raised panel bit.
