Walnut crotch bowl

This is a walnut crotch bowl fro a piece of walnut from my local country club. It ended up 10.25" x 3.25", home brew oil, beall buffed with ren wax. The blank had a crack that was a first for me, the crack followed the growth rings and did not go straight through the blank, but seemed to run at a tangent. It finished up faily thin because I tried to get rid of the crack, and had to stop before I started turning air. Thanks for looking, C&C welcomed.

Nice bowl Steve. It's hard to beat the look of walnut. I agree with the others about it looking very light. Might want to hurry up and put something in it so the wind won't blow it away.
