Does this fence include a tape measure like the 30" Beisemeyer fence does?
If not what have you guys been using as an aftermarket measuring tape and magnifying lens?

If I remember correctly, the fence did come with a tape but it was plastic. I used a Starrett form Lee Valley on mine. Linky here...

Yes, it includes a tape and a magnifying lens. Throw the lens out, it's a POS. Make your own. I shifted my 50" fence around a couple of times and had to remove the tape. I have a Kreg tape on it now. The Shop Fox tape is in the picture.

x2. Comes with a fine tape. Get rid of the cursor/magnifying unit- it's really hard to read. if you move your head side to side, you can get a variance of at least 1/4".
I saw a thread a while back where somebody said the biesemeyer unit fits on the shopfox fence fine. Here's a link, but I think I've seen it cheaper elsewhere...

You're right, I think it was this one; http://www.mikestools.com/B1352593-Biesemeyer-Commercial-Fence-Cursor.aspx
Thanks for the replies. The website doesn't mention a tape measure on the fence. Much appreciated.
