Does anyone have or know of plans for an Marking/Cutting Gage? The more elaborate the better.

Pop Woodworking did a construction article on the Seaton marking gauge. You can find it online and in PDF form here:

I like this one. I put a twist on it and used a wedged marking knife:

I was hoping I would stumble across some plans for a wedged marking gague, I want to make a few with knives instead of scratch points.

There are detailed plans for building a couple gauges in this book: Tool-Making Projects for Joinery and Woodworking: A Yankee Craftsman's Practical Methods by Steve Olesin.
There are plans for a cutting gauge held by a wedge and also a mortise gauge.

You can find a shop-made gauge on my web site at http://tinyurl.com/yb639h8.
It does use a wedge of sorts.
