Planer knife height? (Grizzly G1021 15")

I'm replacing the blades on my 15" grizzly G1021 and have Planer Pals (figured out how to get them in easily). The height is a question mark. I calibrated the Planer Pals to provide 0.1" height, but my current blades are lower than that, so thus the question:

Does anyone here know the recommended blade height above the diameter of the cutter head for a grizzly or similar (e.g. Delta)?
