Wood in the Seatle area?

Good day, I'm after a good suplier for hard wood in the Seatle area. I any body has an idea, let me know, it would be realy appreciated.

Hi David,

I can't speak from a great deal of experience as it was my first 'real' wood purchase but Crosscut Hardwoods on 1st Ave S. has quite a selection.

Donald Smith at CityTrees Furniture sells slabs he has cut and dried from local trees. CrossCut Hardwoods and Compton's Lumber are the best known dimensioned lumber sellers along with EdenSaw in Tacoma.
