Need small flathead wood screws

I am looking for small SLOTTED screws for work on furniture. No phillips. These are for installing locks, hinges and other hardware in small furniture pieces.

I can use steel and brass. Looking for size 2,3,4 in short lengths up to 3/4" long.

Any sources would be much appreciated.

My locally owned and independent Ace Hardware has ordered these type screws for me. Sometimes they arrive the same day, other times several days. A good full service hardware store can get these screws from their suppliers.

I second Ace Hardware. I know of several that have large selections. Another option is to look for a specialty store in your area. In Denver, I use Fasteners, Inc.

Rockler might have them. I know they have brass phillips as small as #2 but not positive on the slotted ones.
