penn state ca 4 pen finish

I make the occasional pen and when I do I really like the ca finish. I notice on the penn state site they have a ca glue labeled "ca pen finish". Any idea what the difference in this and regular thin ca might be? Just marketing ? ...Thanks...Bill..
