Milwaukee 5616 woodpecker router plate suggestions?

I splurged on a woodpecker router plate for a 5616 router, and it arrived today. To take advantage of the above table adjustment of the router, I was prepared to have to drill a hole for the tool to go through, but upon examination, it appears the slot for the tool is so close to the hole in the plate for the router bit, that I would be afraid that by the time I drilled the hole for the tool, it would either overlap into the center opening, or leave very little material left between the 2. Does anyone have any suggestions, or perhaps even a different plate that would work with the 5616 and perhaps already have the above-table adjustment hole pre-drilled?

I may just keep it and adjust from under the table. Thanks
