Delta mod 28-190 Band saw

I have a chance to buy this 12 " band saw for $150. The guy says in like new condition with extra blades. Is this a good deal?

I'd hold out for a 14" saw. Not to generalize too much, but anything smaller than 14" will probably limit what you can do with a bandsaw. I'll bet you can find a decent used one in that price range.
