I am building a cabinet that will be constructed of 2x4 cypress. Three sides(internally) will be luan(1/4"). Three external sides will be 1/4" cherry ply. Between will be 3" rigid foam insulation as this is a cabinet that will be cooled for wine storage.
The front will be solid cherry and needs to be 1 3/4" thick. There will be two glass doors(60" x 25" ea) and two raised panel doors that will be attached to this frame(raised panels at the top). The frame will fit against the 2x4. Since I dont want any screws or nails showing, what is the best way to attach it to the main frame of the cabinet? Also, I am in search of deas about putting some kind of bottom or legs on it. it will weigh about 300# empty and about 1600# when full.
Thanks,
