Balau Hardwood... Anyone familiar with it?

A friend of a friend says he has some Balau hardwood for sale. From the little research I've done I see it is a fairly hard wood (1600 janka) with similar properties to teak. I have no idea though about the value or really any other info on it.

Anyone have experience working with it? Price? Etc?

I picked up a pile last night, still have about 2 more truckloads to go...

It is a gorgeous Indonesian hardwood, very similar to teak. Extremely hard and dense with a brilliant reddish brown color.
