I am currently in possession of a big homemade half blind dovetail jig. The template handles material 27 inches long, the pins are 1.5 inches on center, and the jig uses a 1 inch guide collar. The jig looks shop made, but perhaps from a kit. Anyone know who might have made the template? It looks very much like a PC template, but there is no ID on it. What size dovetail bit would one use? I ask these questions because I hope to sell this jig at our woodworking club meeting and I would like to be able to supply SOME info on it. The previous owner (builder?) is deceased.
