Is MTO still well regarded? I have four dead batteries, 2/14.4v & 2/12v that need rebuilding.

I had 2 P-C NiCad battery packs rebuilt in 2005-2006 timeframe. They were both holding a charge well when I passed them onto family and didn't self-discharge nearly as much as the originals.

Mine was a Hilti 18 volt battery pack. We had a problem getting the battery case back together properly but Jason willingly had it shipped back to him and got it right. That's a better recommendation than a problem free experience.

I got two kits from them for my Dewalt 14.4 drill/driver a year or two ago. Very satisfied.

Still running some Makita and DeWalt 9.6v upgrades. No worries.

Jason (MTO) is about due to run one of his "specials". I haven't heard from him here for quite a while .. he normally has a special of some kind a few times a year.
