John I don't know what your Ebay is like in Canada but here in UK there are quite a few clock dealers who sell from online ebay shops. As more and more stuff is electronic they find it's easiest place to sell.

I just saw quartz clock movements in the recent American Science & Surplus catalog for $2.75 each. Takes 1 AA battery, hands are 2" from center. (sciplus.com) Seemed reasonable enough for me to start thinking about playing with clocks...as if I need more projects!

cheers, dee

I get may clock parts from
http://www.clockparts.com/
The prices on the web are retail and they have a location in Canada.
Hope this helps you out.

Thank you all for the info.
I did look on ebay and they do have a lot of stuff.
Dee, the parts I am looking for look like watches without straps that you inlay into your projects, not easy to find. the ones you mention are easiest to find at a dollar store.
Steve, I will be checking into the company you suggested, they have what I'm looking for but i can't find their Canadian store, will dig some more.

John,

Take a look at Kidder Canada web site. You should find some useful products for various projects.
