been looking for awhile at all the great turners on here and wanted to say HI..though i post what i love to do.. 1 pic--osage and matching striker.. 2 pic-zerba with Bacote striker....sorry for not telling the size... 3 1/4 bead glass over glass....thanks brian

first for me i like a pot call not to big but not to small. most calls are 3 1/2 " but i like the 3 1/4" just fits in my hand better and make a good sound..

I like your pot calls Brian, Got my slate last week need to finish the one I started. Never did one before so Im not real good at it yet .

Nice work... I like the osage in particular.

I have a friend who is an avid hunter and he had me make him strikers from a number of different woods because he swears they all sound different... to my untrained ear, they all sounded unpleasant which is what turkeys like I guess.:rolleyes:

thanks everyone for the nice woods.. just like seening everybody great work on here. just wish i could do what you all do with it..and yes every wood has a different sound..

I think you will find the Creek a nice place to hang out with friendly, knowledgeable and above all talented people who love what they do. My guess is you'll fit right in.
