i have a w.b. & j.e. boice 12"planer manufactured march 30, 1937. I have searched everwhere, including owwm website for an owners manual for this machine. this planer was made before the name boice crane was used. according to owwm the name was officially changed to boice crane in 1936. evidently they didnt change the name on the casting until a later date. owwm has an owners manual for a boice crane model 1000. the internal parts appear to be similar to mine but the casting is different. does anybody have any ideas on where i can locate a manual for this planer? there is a serial number but no model number on this planer.
