Best router lift for Bosch 1617?

I want to built a proper router table for a Bosch 1617 that I purchased primarily for this purpose.

I've made a short list of what I want from a router lift:

- Above-table bit change should be possible
- If possible - digital readout e.g. the Wixey remote readout
- as much height travel as possible
- simple, easy and fast to set the bit height
- should be able to use the Bosch 1617 :-)
