Hello everyone,
It's been awhile since I've posted, and awhile since I've had an opporunity to get back to my hobby. Had some illness in my family for the past year which took me away for a bit, but all is good now and I'm ready to hit the basement again!
I'm trying to find a good place to buy wood around where I live, which is in Mississauga (Toronto area for non Ontario people). The only place I know of is Exotic Woods, which is great, but a little far and a little pricey.
Can anyone give me some suggestions as to where to look for wood in the west end of Toronto or Mississauga/Oakville area?

Many Thanks!

Barb

A&M in Cambridge has a good inventory and a wide variety. Not cheap but the quality is there.

PS- you might get more input if you post on the Cdn WW forum

I've had good luck with Century Mill Lumber in Stouffville, though its a bit out of the way for you. http://www.centurymill.com/
