Looks like a nosey neighbor to me....first name Billy? I'll bet he's a good fisherman though.:confused::rolleyes:

I walked out to the dock to see what a gull was pecking at. It was a fish about 10" long. I turned my back for a few moments and when I looked back here is this guy and no fish.

Gulp! Mmmmmmmmm.

He was kind enough to stick around for quite a while so I finally went up to the hose and got my camera.
