Gallery access

As a contributor why do i not have access to look at someones gallery.

You should have access. Are you sure that the gallery exists? I ask as only Contributors can have galleries but not every Contributor has taken the time to put one together.

Can the owners of galleries mark them as "Private" and prevent access?
