Kitchen...... question and update

well, mom decided she just wanted the vanities finished first so those are done and at their house awaiting a coat of paint. i'll be SURE to post some pics when they get them painted, i promise. lol
here's the question, i'm about to start on the wall that houses the double oven. what kind of base or support have you guys built for an inset double oven? she wants about a 8-10" drawer below the ovens as well. i was thinking a 2x4 frame inside the cabinet carcass.

Your plywood sides on that cabinet actually do most of the supporting. If you do the drawer underneath, just be sure to dado the shelf above the drawer where the oven sits into the ply sides. I also put wooden straps under the shelf for added strength. Your face frame will support the center of the shelf from sagging.
