Hi All, I have a mess of drill bits and I'd be ashamed to show you how I store them. It really is ridiculous. :eek: Can you tell me or better yet show me with pics how you store all your bits including forstners. Thanks for any help in cleaning up my mess.

I use magnetic strips and group bits by relative sizes & types. When I need a particular size, I select by eye and quick verification w/ digital calipers and I'm good to go.

I use drill bit index boxes or cut off the top of plastic soda bottles and stack them up in there. It's not very scientific, but keeps the loose bits from rattling around.
