Well I should say rearranged. I totally gutted it out and redid everything. moved my cnc router and gave it lots of room and room to fully use the tablesaw. totally redid the dc piping and man that really gave me a lot more air movement. I have two tables in the works 4x8 one will go in the corner by the chopsaw and the other will go where the low blue one is. and a outfeed table for the tablesaw. I don't cut a lot on the saw but sometimes I need to rip strips and the cnc is not great for that job.
I need to get my dumpster emptied so I can get rid of the last of the trash. I need wall room for sheet stock storage . I made ramped platforms for the wiring on the floor. there are three places with wires on the floor from the cnc machine.
talk about a unleveled floor there is almost 2" difference between the middle leg and the front leg on my cnc table when it was leveled.
I just made the dust hood for the chopsaw. it works ok but at 45 some fine dust gets loose. I liked the downdrafter hood better but it takes up too much room.
the first pic is my shop before. it took so much effort to redo everything. the dc pipe took three days to redo and all the little stuff on shelves took forever. just getting my machine up and running meant re running 3 phase and a 120 circuit I had to get my landlord to do then I had to buy longer monitor cables and a extra long usb cable. I found if I stepped on the two cables the computer would turn off no idea why something must have been wacky with the cables. So the first job was the cable covers. I had to anchor the machine to the concrete floor re setup the fiens for the vac table get the dc all working again with the cool new spiderweb swing arm. then I had to get all that grounded as it is critical on a cnc machine.
