I just bought one from Woodcraft. It is my intention to give it a whirl in the next few days. I will write up my review of it after I give it a go.

I've used one for about 6 months and really like it. The first time I used it I realized my rails weren't really lined up with the grinding wheels and the gouge went off the edge and took a big bite out of my gouge.

I think you'll like it. Just make sure the rails are in perfect alignment with the grinding wheels. ......Ron
