Thanks folks! Little Aaryn and Heiden are #6 and #7 as far as grandkids. Here's the catch though...we have 4 great-grandchildren too.

Our previous youngest grandson was 18 a few weeks ago. So there is an 18 year gap between grandkids and 4 great-grandkids in between.

Speaking of the same birthday, my son was born on 08-08-88. My niece's son was born on 08-08-04. And my other niece's sons (twins) were born on 08-08-07. So August 8th is a day set aside for birthdays in our family.

Grandskids are definitely more fun than kids. I found that a gift of a Great Dane puppy and a set of drums really evens the score. :-)

Incidentally, I love the way twins are labeled in the hospital, with an "A" and "B". Good idea, for sure! Of course, with MY twins, it was a bit easier because one had a stem, and one didn't!! :D
