Anyone made a infeed/outfeed table that goes through thier planer. I ordered a dewalt 735 planer and instead of getting the tables with it I was going to build one long table that goes through the planer and about 6 feet long. Anyone have plans or photos?

I am in the process of modeling my mobile stand/feed tables for my new 735 right now, its going to be very strongly based on Jeff's design linked below as he was kind enough to share his shop sketches. My main modifications currently planned will be to lengthen the infeed/outfeed tables and any other necessary modifications to support them to a level I feel is sufficient.

Why would you want to have the table go threw the planer? This would not allow you to use the measuring gauge or the preset stops. The Measuring gauge sucks in the 735 I will admit but the preset stops are really nice. Plus then you're having to warp the piece to get the ends up high enough to get rid of the snipe. Just build two separate tables 30 inches long and hinge them so you can fold them down when you are not using them. I was able to make this one out of scraps and a few pieces I had to buy and it more then gets the job done and cost less then the tables would have.

I was just going to follow this post but, THANK YOU for this link.
There is everything I had been thinking about all in 1 place. As soon as my new shop is set up, I'll be busy.
