Cleaning reusable filter?

How do I go about cleaning the reusable filter on a Jet AFS-1000B air filtration system. I don't want to mess up my filters and they are in need of cleaning.

I don't own a Jet air filter, but I do have a paper Wynn Environmental cartridge filter on my DC. The advice they gave me for cleaning it was to use my air compressor, but only at 60 psi or less.

Brian, I just use the shop vac on my outer filter on my Jet 1000B. I also have one of those washable filters but have not installed it yet.
