Adhesive question here

I have to laser out some graphics out of a laminate that is used to cover counter tops than when the graphics are cut out take the sheet and apply it to white acrylic so when it is back lighted the light can be seen through the cutouts I had made in the laminate.

My question is what adhesive should I use to mount the counter laminate to the acrylic with? Not not hurt the acrylic at all?

It is going for bank signs so they will be seen fairly close up so within a couple ft.

Any really good ideas?

Contact adhesive will work.
