Sea Urchin Ornament

Thought I'd show an ornament I made for my wife from a sea urchin and walnut. It is about 4" high with the lid and the urchin is 2" in diameter. The walnut is finished with shellawax.

Nice job. But it looks more like a pedestal box than an ornament.

Really nice ornament. I agree that it looks more like a lidded vase. But that is just me.

Regardless of the title you may attach, you did a nice job on it. I find the urchin pieces interesting for some reason. Good contrast in color.
