On my To Do list is a table saw sled. I've got a photo of what I want and I've been watching the other threads on the topic but didn't really answer one of my questions--How big? Mainly thinking crosscut capacity here. I'm thinking 15" would give me the ability to crosscut any upper cabinet component.

I made mine big enough to crosscut even bottom cabinets and with some fancy footwork I can crosscut backs. Mine can crosscut up to 26" fence to blade, but if I carefully lower the piece onto the sled the throat will handle up to 30.5". Makes it really nice for getting the cabinets square. Down a few posts in this thread are the pics.

My new sled is 27" deep X 40 1/2" wide this seems to work well.
I also have two job specific sleds 24"X24" miter sled... and a little 13" X 20" veneer sled

Like Brian I have task specific sleds. One is 36" wide x about 40" front to back. Another (my standard go-to sled) is 36" wide x 24" front to back.
