Wide Belt Sander

I'm in the market for at least a 16" wide belt sander. I dont want drum sander where you wrap the drum.
Preferraby holds 2 belts.
Is there an economical approach to new one? Say 2k? If so who sells one? I will keep my eye on craigslist for now.
I'm not totally partial on open end or closed.

Also do they all require air? If so how would I go about this in a garage? Will a dedicated compressor and flex rubber hose work?

Im aware grizzly sells a 15" open end for 2295.
