There is a bunch of Festool just listed on eBay. Some new, some used. Pretty good prices.

I already saw some Festool items on ebay some days ago.
The new CDD package is offered by an "official Festool ISA" as it's stated in the description and it makes a serious impression (full warranty ...).
Some other auctions look a little suspicious IMO.
For example, the OF 1000 is no longer available (replaced by the OF 1010) and Festool's official closeout price was $ 225 if I remember correctly.
Then there's this DS 400 EQ sander, available at $ 145 (buy now). But if you read the description you'll find the DS 400 E - without PlugIt power cord. Official Festool closeout price: $ 140.
Makes me think.

I went and looked myself----like you said Christan---I did not see any real bargains.
Looks like used --demo's--older models. Plus I want the warrenty when I buy Festool ---very important to me to have a company stand behind their peoduct.
