Craftsman Model# 22805 Table Saw

Does anyone know who the current manufacturer of the Craftsman cabinet style table saws is? I would also like to hear from anyone that may have a "Craftsman Item# 00922805000 Model# 22805 Professional 10 in. 3-hp Table Saw with Wooden Extension & 2 Support Legs & Left Tilt Arbor". They are currently on sale for $1169.99. The hand cranks resemble those on Steel City Saws???

I believe that the manufacturer is Orion, same folks who make Steel city and the Ridgid Granite top Table Saw.

I can find a couple reviews but they are several years old. Does anyone have personal experience with this saw or no of any more information on it. It is online only so I can't see it in my local Sears, their ads have few details. I downloaded the owners manual and it does not have much to add. If Orion does make it I find no evidence of that or any further information from them.
