Wood Gloat, lots of pictures

Cut down that olive tree on Wednesday and finally finished cutting up and sealing everything. My basement is jam packed now. They haven't taken out the stump yet but i'm hoping to get a little bit more. It's certainly pretty stuff.

i am partial to cardboard barrels for oak, if i every get some apple i am going to put it in also

turned one piece yesterday, came out pretty nice, while taking it off the lathe I accidentally chipped the foot, in the process of gluing it back together. I'll be sure to post some pics of whatever I turn tomorrow.

Well I'd be more than happy to give you a few pieces of olive for free, as well as some other wood if you want it. I got plenty. I don't have a bandsaw though so the pieces I give you will have to be rather large.
