You all helped me greatly in buying a used, what we think is a Delta DC 380 clone.
I'm cleaning it up and have some questions (it had no owners manual), I got a G1021 manual from Grizzley, it's a little differnent but close.
I pulled the blades and 1 of the blades has been ground almost 1/4" more than the other 2. In a perfect world they should be the same...right. Has anyone ran with blades not balanced and suffered or do they really have to be balanced?
What is the best method for setting the blades after I get them shapened. Buy a super expensive jig, make a jig or what is the best and easiest. Underscore easiest.
