i had started out trying to make a hummingbird and ended up with three birds.

David i have a friend who does glass work and have asked him to make me some thing to mount em on.
Also i'm going to try to incorporate more custom glass into my work.

Roland, i got that wood at the saw mill what i do know is it's some type of hard wood oak or Hickory maybe. it had some thing going on inside like splating almost a presplat type thing. I'll try and find some and post a photo of it. i think i use most of it to make new handles for my tools.
