work work :) here is a custom order i just finished.

Wood is Billinga(sold as gold mahogony) or Iroko (not shure)

26 cm high, 8 cm diameter (approx)

sanded 320 400 600 and EEE + ShellwaxCream top is undercut so i sits well on without rocking on the tabel. and almost exclusive skew work like always

They are for a Lodge (not shure if its translatede correct)? of retired carpenters. So commision work.

Very nice work Rasmus! Beautiful wood! Your customers should be very happy with these!

Did you get your headstock/tailstock alignment issue taken care of?

yes the colors are realy nice..but the shavings (splinters) are sharp and when they go down the back of your shirt trust me they itch

Really nice work, Rasmus! The wood does have a beautiful color, and an interesting texture - similar in grain to mahogany, which is why I presume it is called gold mahogany. Makes for a very nice mallet!
