any ohioans have a source for lumber in northeast ohio cleveland area.have bought from a few places.last one i went to 4.00 dollars a foot for red oak nice stuff but a little high.any thoughts appreciated.thanks

I believe Willis Lumber will deliver anywhere in Ohio. Google them.
If you (and friends) can put together a 500 bdt order of mixed species, I am pretty sure they have free delivery. Smaller orders have reasonable delivery charges. Check them out. I use them a lot.

just got a sale flyer from hartville lumber.they are having a sale next week.has anyone purchased lumber from hartville.i have purchased their plywood it was real nice.

Keim lumber in Charm down by Millersburg has it and they deliver or from Cleveland it is a nice drive and you can get a good meal down there. Also Lodi lumber has it not to far off 71.

Oh yea.. I have gotten a lot of hartville oak on those sales
The pieces are generally 7 ft long, but there's a good mix of widths. Good quality. Other places charge a premium on the wider boards.
The length only being 7 feet is not an issue to me.

went to hartville today 100 board feet 200.45 .in the rough will plane it up saturday i hope.paul all 8 footers 6 to 10 inches wide.

john looked decent.hope to run it through the planer saturday.they said it is 15/16.i will let you know.walnut was 9.00.cherry not much to pick from did not look good what they had,
