Universal X660

Got a new computer and reinstalled the ULS drivers and setup Corel X4.
The table size is 18x32 so aligned the page at 18 vertical.

Problem is when the file is sent to the laser it prints 7" too low
on the vertical. Horizontal is OK.

The origin is set 00 at the top left of the page.

Any thoughts as to why the print comes out 7" too low on the
vertical?

Thanks

If you didn't reset the position on the file you're trying to engrave that could cause the problem.

If I'm not clear here, what I'm referring to is a job done previously on a machine with different page settings. For example, you may have been using a 12 x 24 table and didn't adjust the settings on the drawing to recognize the new page (table) size or 0-0 position.

Two things have to match, the page size in Corel and the "Engraving Field" tab in the driver. Make sure the Engraving Field is set to 18". Sounds like it's not.

I think because it was late, might have installed the wrong driver for a
different model machine. So deleted the printer and reinstalled the
correct drivers. Work perfect now!

Thanks for your help.:)
